Praid Salt mine
Situated at a distance of (aprox.) 155 km from Cluj Napoca, respectively 143 km from Brașov.
Praid salt line is located at a depth of 120m from the earth’s surface. Visitors can access the salt mine with the help of special buses that are specially destined for it. Thus, they travel a distance of about 1.2 km (underground) till they get to the entrance gate, hence the need for this method of transportation.
