Did you have an accident and you’re the injured party?

With the amendment of the RCA law in December 2016, the injured party involved in an car accident benefits from a replacement car for the entire duration of the vehicle repairs.

The replacement car will be similar to the owned vehicle (the one involved in the accident to be precise) and will be granted as soon as the damaged car has entered the service.

For this you need the amicable finding/ amicable settlement completed by both parties or the documents issued by the Police if more than two cars were involved in the accident.

Following the opening up claim, you will receive a finding note with which you will go to the service to obtain the repair estimate.

Based on the repair estimate, the number of days you get for the replacement car is calculated. One rental day will be provided for every four hours of labor.

After obtaining these documents and obtaining confirmation from the insurer, you can contact the car rental company to pick up the replacement vehicle when your car enters service.

What do our customers say?

Very serious, new and clean cars. I had only one problem, I made a reservation for the Renault Megane GTline and they gave me instead an automatic Megane, because the desired model was involved in an accident. The second reservation went very well, they gave me the desired model. I’m definitely coming back.

Excellent service. The fleet manager (I think his name is Aramis) explained everything in detail and was extremely helpful. I rented a Dacia Sandero Stepway for 20 days in peak season August for 480 euros. The car was brand new, had less than 1000km. Pretty much all their fleet is new and constantly renewed. And the prices are materially lower compared to the international car renting companies. Furthermore, you don't need to provide your credit card, only a standard guarantee deposit is required (300 euros for the sandero) payable by card or cash. The deposit was swiftly returned after I returned the car. Will definetly rent from them again in the future.

I was satisfied with their services, I have already called twice now. As a value for money I give it a solid 9/10 and 5 Stars as a review. There are very few companies in Romania with which you can seriously communicate when it comes to car rental services. Ask for George. He is very capable and serious when it comes to customers. Hats off.
